My only real criticism is of the 'shine' on the hair- i can see how you wanted to stay true to the details of the orginal picture but it sticks out too much in this style of digital drawing (for me at least) to draw it as a band of light. I actually like the way you did that better in the 2010 version- more subtly and with the line interrupted- but maybe that's just me. Also, posing=wowsogood.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I've kinda been playing around with how to do shine. I think the band of shine works better for traditional manga (like the first one, as you pointed out) and the zig-zag type of shine works better for digital manga. And I'm glad you like the poses! :)

Totally! I love the series! My fav character is Joan of Arc, and I also like Scatty and Germain and Billy the Kid lots! I'm just rereading it for the third time 'cause I haven't read "The Enchantress" yet. Who's your fav character?
